When you use TCN’s services as a patient to request and order medicinal cannabis from Licensed Sellers, you will be asked to provide TCN with certain personal information about you such as your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address and residence, as well as your health card number. With your consent, we will also ask you to provide us with certain personal health information, such as the name and location of your doctor, health documentation, your prescribed daily amount of medicinal cannabis, the period of authorized use and the quantity of medicinal cannabis you wish to purchase. We may also ask you to provide your emergency contact information.

Information TCN Obtains from Referral Sources

You may be referred to TCN by your health care provider, such as your medical clinic, pharmacy or health care professional. With your consent, your health care provider may transfer your medical records and health documentation to TCN so we can provide you with our services.

Information Automatically Gathered

TCN uses cookies to automatically collect certain information, including personal information, when you visit our website. For example, TCN may collect and store information related to your use of our website, including pages visited, duration at the site, the date and time of your visit.   • Licensed Sellers – TCN will communicate your personal information with Licensed Seller in order to facilitate your registration so they can fulfill your order.
  • Health Care Practitioners – with your express consent, TCN may share your personal information with your health care practitioner in connection with your use of medicinal cannabis.

Public Profiles. If you provide personal information to the TCN Blog, this information will be publicly available and therefore may be seen by other users.

Trusted Third Party Service Providers. TCN may use third parties to provide technical support and perform tracking and reporting functions, conduct quality assurance testing, and provide other services in connection with its services. TCN may share your personal information with them so that they can perform the required services.

Third Parties. Upon receipt of a written request by a client or patient to share personal information with a third party, TCN will provide the requested data.

Business Transfers. How Long We Keep Your Information

TCN retains your personal information for the period of time that you are actively accessing our services. TCN may however retain personal information in accordance with TCN’s data retention policies, under which we store relevant information to comply with laws, College of physicians and Surgeons medical record keeping guidelines and to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
