Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been on your medical cannabis journey for a while, we are here to connect with you in a way that suits your needs.
For all provinces excluding Ontario, you will receive a link from Input Health online video software for your virtual appointments as soon as your appointment begins. You’re able to wait online until your medical practitioner logs into your appointment. For your privacy, video and audio are not recorded during your medical practitioner appointment. We recommend you log into your appointment at home and in a private area to protect your information. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection and camera capabilities.
For Ontario residents, your appointment will be connected through OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network). You’ll receive an email from OTN with instructions. You can connect using your mobile phone without having to download software or apps; however, if you choose to connect on a laptop or desktop, software download instructions will be provided. Please run this software on Google Chrome or Firefox for best results and use a camera-enabled device.

Definition of terms:
Telemedicine
This is a confidential phone call with a nurse practitioner or administrator. You will receive a phone call at the number you provided from a TCN administrator to begin the check-in process. A camera-enabled device is not required.
Virtual appointment
This is a confidential and secure appointment using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Whichever you choose will need to have video capabilities. Prior to your appointment, you will receive instructions, including a link that you will click when it is time to begin your appointment. The link will take you to a virtual waiting room until the practitioner is ready to see you.
