We offer virtual and telephone appointments. Our healthcare practitioners are compassionate and experienced professionals who will work with your primary care providers to support and achieve your health and wellness goals.

The pacing of appointments is personalized and will be discussed during your assessment.

There is no charge for your consultation or renewal appointments. Additional administrative services may be subject to fee’s depending on the service provided.

Coverage varies by insurance provider. We recommend inquiring directly with your insurance provider regarding your coverage and process for submitting a claim.

Once you speak with your healthcare practitioner, one of our knowledgeable Education Team members will contact you with information on suitable cannabis products and suggested dosages as recommended during your appointment with your health care practitioner. Our Educators will connect you to a Licensed Seller that fits your needs and will assist with how to register as a patient.

TCN does not sell cannabis or cannabis products, which means no products are kept at any of our offices or facilities.

After you choose a Licensed Seller, your medical document will be sent to them directly. You will then be required to complete a Patient Registration document with that Licensed Seller. This is most commonly completed online. Please note, it can take up to 2-5 business days for Licensed Sellers to approve your registration. If this doesn’t work for you, please speak with your educator to discuss expedited options.

Absolutely! Our number one goal is your care. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your Licensed Seller, contact your TCN team and we can review additional options.

The price range for a 1 month supply of medical cannabis at typical dosing levels is variable and can range from $40 to $250 per month depending upon product quantity, strength, supplier and format (e.g. dried flower, tablets, capsules, oil, topical, sub-lingual strips).Veterans may qualify for reimbursement by Veterans Affairs Canada. Some Licensed Sellers of medical cannabis offer our patients discount programs for additional savings. Insurance companies are also beginning to provide coverage, often through health spending accounts. Expenditures may also qualify as a tax credit.

Although a formal referral is not required, we encourage patients to inform members of their healthcare team of their intention to try medical cannabis therapy.

These services are not provided by a recreational retail cannabis store.
