How do I purchase cannabis products after my appointment?
Once you speak with your healthcare practitioner, one of our knowledgeable Education Team members will contact you with information on suitable cannabis products and suggested dosages as recommended during your appointment with your health care practitioner. Our Educators will connect you to a Licensed Seller that fits your needs and will assist with how to register as a patient.
Can I purchase my cannabis products directly from TCN?
TCN does not sell cannabis or cannabis products, which means no products are kept at any of our offices or facilities.
How do I register with a Licensed Seller?
After you choose a Licensed Seller, your medical document will be sent to them directly. You will then be required to complete a Patient Registration document with that Licensed Seller. This is most commonly completed online. Please note, it can take up to 2-5 business days for Licensed Sellers to approve your registration. If this doesn’t work for you, please speak with your educator to discuss expedited options.
I received my cannabis products, but I have more questions before starting. What should I do?
Reach out to your TCN team. Our Education Team is here to support you with any cannabis-related questions. If you have medical-related concerns, we can also help by booking a follow-up appointment with your healthcare practitioner.
Can I change Licensed Sellers?
Absolutely! Our number one goal is your care. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your Licensed Seller, contact your TCN team and we can review additional options.
Our highly knowledgeable Veteran Care Team is available to help you navigate the ins and outs of your care. Here are some common questions we’ve received from Veterans, and answers to help you understand it all.
