The Clinic Network provides medical cannabis services to residents of Ontario through tele-health technology. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians assess patients and if appropriate, authorize a medical document – which is similar to a “cannabis prescription”. TCN’s patient educators assist with product selection, education, implementation of a care plan and online registration with a Health Canada approved Licensed Producer/Seller of cannabis. Cannabis products for medical use are then ordered online by the patient and sent from the Licensed Producer/Seller to the patient’s home by mail.
