Telemedicine
This is a confidential phone call with a nurse practitioner or administrator. You will receive a phone call at the number you provided from a TCN administrator to begin the check-in process. A camera-enabled device is not required.
Virtual appointment
This is a confidential and secure appointment using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Whichever you choose will need to have video capabilities. Prior to your appointment, you will receive instructions, including a link that you will click when it is time to begin your appointment. The link will take you to a virtual waiting room until the practitioner is ready to see you.
