This letter is to serve as notification that Dr. Brian Lasner will no longer be practicing with The Clinic Network (TCN) effective August 29th, 2023 and will be leaving his TCN practice.
Dr. Ewa Wysocki and Nurse Practitioner Ashley Bevan will be assuming care of all former patients of Dr Lasner, unless indicated otherwise. No action is required by you, unless you prefer an alternative practitioner that provides medical cannabis assessments. If this is the case, please notify TCN for assistance.

Notice to Past and Current Patients
We would like to inform you about changes related to The Clinic Network Canada Inc. (TCNC).
These changes are not expected to impact the access to high quality medical cannabis care that you are accustomed to receiving. At the present time, we’ll continue to offer our services in the same manner that you are familiar with (i.e. via Virtual Care).
What has changed?
On January 18, 2021, Pathway Health Corp (Pathway Health) assumed the management of medical cannabis services for patients of The Clinic Network Canada Inc. (TCNC). Pathway Health now provides some of its medical cannabis services for patients under the brand name: The Clinic Network™
Responsibility for your patient records, which includes your personal health information, has been transferred to Pathway Health. Your file will continue to be stored and accessed securely, on our electronic medical record system.
What does this mean for your medical cannabis care?
Medical cannabis assessments will continue to be provided by our healthcare team. You do not need to take any action in this regard. Clinic staff will be able to assist you with your pre-booked follow-up appointments, or you can call the clinic to make an appointment.
