IN ORDER TO VIEW TCN MEDICAL CANNABIS DOSING DIRECTIONS/PROTOCOLS,
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Dosing Directions/Protocols are only intended for adult TCN patients who were assessed by a TCN Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) and advised to use an oral medical cannabis product by a TCN Physician or NP and TCN Patient Educator.
- Read both pages – General Directions (page 1) and Dosing Protocol instructions (page 2)
- Follow the Dosing Protocol instructions next to the box you were advised to follow by your TCN Physican or NP and TCN Patient Educator.
- If you experience any undesirable side effects, stop using medical cannabis, seek medical attention, and inform TCN.
- Do not modify dosing directions/protocol without contacting the The Clinic Network first.
