Veterans Affairs of Canada Reimbursement Policy for Medical Purposes program is robust and often times difficult to navigate. The team will work with you to understand how to best navigate “Awarded Conditions” through the Veterans Affairs Disability Pension, Disability Award, or Pain and Suffering Compensation programs. 

How does it work?

Step 1

Call our team to set up your appointment. When you call our team, notify them that you are a Veteran who would like to utilize the Medical Purposes Program for Veterans. 

You will need your K# at this step.  

Step 2

Attend your appointment. Currently all our appointments are offered via Virtual Care. The type of appointment will be dependent upon your current province of residence. Some appointments are telephone based whereas others may use video conferencing technology.

Step 3

After your appointment, our representative will connect with you to walk to you through next steps and what to expect from us.
