Grow At Home Program
The Cannabis Act (Canada) and Regulations permits patients, or their designated caregiver, to grow a limited amount of cannabis at home. Patients are able to apply directly to Health Canada.
The total number of plants a patient can grow is determined by the number of grams per day your physician recommends.

Obtain your original medical document
- Call the TCN patient care team at 1-844-826-2665 to obtain your medical document.
- Ensure that you print your original medical document in color to add to your completed application.

Grow At Home Application status
Mail your medical document and completed application, in the same envelope, to Health Canada’s address located on the front page of the application
TCN only provides the patient with a medical authorization and does not participate in the application process.
TCN does not receive updates from Health Canada.
